Looking for a new path forward requires one to stop the autopilot. Yet it's shown that pressuring oneself to change does not work. In fact, self-imposed pressure typically results in relapse...


It's frustrating to go through so much change (and maybe even make some progress) only to land back at the start. Does this sound familiar to you?


How does one move forward? If you find yourself stuck making change you may need a little help to unlock your truth. Here's a worthwhile read called Finding your Way to Change. This is a book about motivational interviewing with an outline of step by step techniques of how to have a personal-motivational experience, and find your own inner wisdom to resolve ambivalence regarding a desired change in your life.
